GopalaRaoRayudu joined IGNOU as Junior Assistant-cum-Typist in the year 1993 and was posted at Evaluation Division, IGNOU, New Delhi.  Later he was promoted to the post of Assistant and subsequently as Senior Assistant. 

He was in IGNOU, New Delhi for eight years and was transferred to IGNOU Regional Centre, Hyderabad in the year 2001. He has served for eight years at RC, Hyderabad.    Presently he is placed at IGNOU Regional Centre, Vijayawada.

With almost two decades of experience in the student support services, in particular matters related to the evaluation and academic counsellors, he has always been serving the learner community with a smile as he believes in the philosophy that no one is completely dressed unless one wears a smile on the face while interacting with others.
